Patient presentation and recorded decisions

Assessment & Treatment Planning

Patient goal: Improve bilateral eyebrow density and definition while creating a fuller masculine brow contour through the body and tail in alignment with the patient's supraorbital anatomy and existing eyebrow pattern.

Assessment context: Significant reduction in eyebrow density, limited definition through the eyebrow body, patchy growth and marked bilateral thinning of the lateral tails.

Planning rationale: DHI was selected to support controlled implantation of single-hair grafts across the eyebrow recipient zones. Planning focused on shallow placement angles, direction and distribution in relation to the patient's existing eyebrow-hair growth pattern and masculine brow design.

Design notes: A masculine eyebrow contour was planned according to the patient's facial proportions, supraorbital structure and existing brow pattern. The design used a natural medial head transitioning into a fuller body and defined lateral tail. Single-hair follicular units were prioritized throughout the recipient area.

Recorded Procedure

Single-hair follicular units were harvested from the lower occipital donor area using FUE-based extraction. Grafts were implanted across the planned eyebrow recipient zones using a fine-gauge Choi implanter workflow, with placement adapted to the intended angle, direction and distribution of the patient's existing eyebrow hair.

Clinical Interpretation

Documented Observation

The pre-treatment eyebrow record describes significant reduction in eyebrow density, limited definition through the eyebrow body, patchy growth and marked bilateral thinning of the lateral tails. The recorded treatment field was the eyebrow recipient area. The recorded procedure used 520 grafts. At 12 months, the principal visual change is concentrated in the reconstructed eyebrow border and local hair direction within that treated field. These photographs should not be read as evidence of scalp restoration. This is the documented result of one patient and does not predict another patient's outcome.

Follow-Up

Complications
None documented.
