How These Terms Work With Patient Documents
Where patient-specific written documentation provides more specific terms on a treatment, payment or service, that documentation should be read together with these Terms. Relevant documents may include treatment-specific informed consent, the patient’s written quotation or booking confirmation, and the published Re-Treatment Guarantee Policy where applicable. General website content does not override patient-specific written arrangements.

Use of This Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, conduct automated abuse, introduce malicious material, or reproduce or present content in a misleading way.
Medical Information Is General Information
Information on this website is provided for general education and treatment decision support. It does not replace an individual medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment plan. Suitability, risks, technique, graft requirements and outcomes vary between patients. Website content should not be interpreted as a personal medical diagnosis or guarantee of treatment eligibility.
This website is not an emergency service.
Enquiries and Preliminary Assessments
Photographs, medical history, treatment goals and information about previous procedures may be used to provide a preliminary treatment analysis. This helps with planning but remains subject to confirmation during the physician’s in-person assessment.
Any remote or photographic assessment is preliminary and may change after in-person examination. Henesis may decline or modify a proposed treatment if the physician determines that the original plan is not clinically appropriate.
Clinical assessment and final decisions
Treatment Planning
Treatment Planning and Clinical Decision-Making
Final candidacy, donor assessment, treatment planning and hairline or recipient design are determined by the doctor. A plan discussed before arrival may be revised following in-person medical assessment. This can include changes to the graft estimate, method, recipient area, donor use, shaving strategy and overall procedure scope.
Medical Eligibility and Disclosure
Patients must provide complete and accurate information about relevant illnesses, medications, allergies, previous procedures, relevant infectious-disease history, diagnoses, laboratory tests and smoking or substance use where medically relevant. Incomplete or inaccurate medical information may affect treatment eligibility, planning and safety.
Pre-Procedure Tests
Henesis may require laboratory tests, medical clearance or additional specialist assessment before treatment. Routine pre-procedure tests forming part of the standard Henesis treatment pathway are included where applicable. These may include routine blood testing, HIV or hepatitis screening, ECG where clinically required, and other normal preoperative checks; this list is not exhaustive.
Where medical history, results or an individual condition requires testing beyond the normal package scope, an additional charge may apply. The patient will be informed before an additional test where reasonably possible. Results may require treatment to be modified, postponed or cancelled.
Changes on the Day of Treatment
In-person findings may change the graft range, donor availability, hairline, recipient areas, technique or treatment extent. The medical team will not be required to perform a treatment plan that the physician considers clinically inappropriate solely because it was discussed remotely.
Medical Unsuitability
Remote assessment reduces uncertainty but does not replace the physician’s final clinical judgment. If the physician ultimately determines that proceeding would be medically inappropriate, Henesis may decline treatment. The standard non-refundable deposit rule does not apply where Henesis declines treatment on medical grounds: treatment-related amounts paid to Henesis, including the booking deposit, are refundable.
Written quotation controls the arrangement
Pricing & Booking
Quotations and Pricing
Only the written quotation issued for the patient defines the applicable treatment price and included services. A quotation is based on individual assessment and may have a stated validity period. Items not listed are not automatically included. Website pricing is general or contextual information and does not replace the patient-specific quotation.
A quoted graft estimate is a planning estimate and not a promise that a specific number can or must be transplanted. Package information shown generally on the website does not override the written quotation or booking confirmation.
Payments, Currency and Invoices
Payment obligations, deposit requirements and balance-payment timing are stated in the patient’s written quotation or booking confirmation. The remaining treatment balance is ordinarily paid in cash at the clinic before the procedure begins; remote full prepayment is not mandatory unless separately agreed.
Henesis prices are primarily denominated in USD. Payment in EUR, TRY, CHF or another major accepted currency may be agreed. Where payment is made in a currency other than USD, Henesis confirms the applicable live conversion rate at the time of payment before the transaction is completed. Third-party bank, card, transfer or conversion fees may be outside Henesis’s control.
Unless otherwise agreed and legally permitted, invoices are normally issued in the name of the patient receiving treatment.
Deposits and Booking Confirmation
A minimum USD 200 deposit is required to reserve the planned treatment date, operating-room allocation and relevant clinical scheduling or resources. A treatment date is not considered confirmed until the required deposit and requested booking information have been received and Henesis has issued booking confirmation.
Available deposit payment methods are confirmed at booking and may include online payment, bank transfer, Western Union or credit card. Availability may vary by country and time.
Deposit Refund Policy
The booking deposit is generally non-refundable, regardless of the date on which the patient chooses to cancel, because clinical scheduling and operating-room capacity are reserved in advance.
Henesis may, at its reasonable discretion, approve a refund in exceptional and reasonably verifiable circumstances, such as serious illness, a major medical event, death of an immediate family member or a comparable extraordinary circumstance. Where approved, non-recoverable bank, payment-provider, transfer or transaction charges may be deducted.
Rescheduling
A patient may transfer the existing booking deposit to one new treatment date within six months of the original booking. This rescheduling right may be used once. Patients should notify Henesis as early as possible; less than five days’ notice does not automatically remove this right.
No-Show Policy
Deposit-only booking: If the patient does not attend, the deposit is forfeited.
Fully prepaid booking: A fully prepaid patient who does not attend may transfer the treatment payment once to a new procedure date within six months. Failure to attend the rescheduled procedure may result in forfeiture of the treatment payment.
Clinic Cancellation
If Henesis cannot provide the booked treatment for reasons attributable to the clinic, the patient may choose a refund of the deposit or payment applicable to the cancelled treatment, or transfer the booking to another mutually agreed date.
Cancellations and Changes
Patient cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, clinic cancellation and medical unsuitability are treated separately under the rules above. Henesis may postpone, modify or cancel treatment if proceeding would be medically inappropriate or unsafe.
Flights, accommodation and coordinated transfers
Travel Services
Flights, Travel and Entry Requirements
Flights are not included in Henesis treatment packages unless expressly stated in the patient’s written quotation. The patient remains responsible for flight booking, passport, visa and entry requirements, travel insurance, scheduling, airline changes and airline cancellation costs. Henesis does not guarantee visa approval or border entry.
Accommodation
Accommodation varies by treatment package. Unless a different package arrangement is stated in writing, Henesis packages generally include two hotel nights in a standard room, subject to hotel availability.
Any additional night, room upgrade or accommodation service beyond the written package scope is chargeable separately and will be confirmed in advance. Where Henesis coordinates the accommodation, these additional charges are paid to Henesis. An extra night required because of flight delay or schedule change remains chargeable.
Transfers
The standard agreed treatment pathway includes scheduled Airport → Hotel → Clinic → Hotel → Airport transfers. A companion may use the included transfer service with the patient.
Where a patient’s flight is delayed or the originally scheduled transfer is missed because of travel disruption, Henesis will coordinate a replacement transfer as part of the agreed transfer service where reasonably possible. No exact waiting time is promised.
Companions and Additional Guests
Companion accommodation is not automatically included. It may incur an additional charge confirmed in advance according to the hotel, dates, room type and availability. Access to clinical or treatment areas is subject to clinic rules and is not automatically included with companion travel arrangements.
Biological variation and documented scope
Treatment & Results
Treatment Results
Hair transplantation involves biological healing and growth. Results vary between patients and cannot be guaranteed solely by graft count, technique name or package. Henesis does not promise a specific graft-survival percentage, density, perfect symmetry or exact growth date. Native hair may continue to thin after treatment.
Photography and Results Examples
Before-and-after photographs illustrate individual cases and do not guarantee that another patient will obtain the same result. Use of a patient’s photographs for publication or marketing requires separate applicable consent; these Terms do not create blanket image-use consent.
Re-Treatment Guarantee
Any re-treatment guarantee is governed exclusively by the published Re-Treatment Guarantee Policy and any applicable written patient documentation. These Terms & Conditions do not expand the eligibility, financial coverage or clinical scope of that policy.
Treatment Information and Standards
For further information about physician responsibility, treatment planning and clinical safeguards, review the Medical Standards, Medical Review Policy, Editorial Policy and Patient Guide.
Disclosure, aftercare and communication
Patient Responsibilities
Patient Aftercare Responsibilities
Patients should follow written aftercare instructions, use medication as prescribed, perform washing and care as directed, avoid prohibited activities, attend follow-up where applicable and report unexpected symptoms. Not following aftercare may affect healing or the ability to assess a later concern. Any guarantee consequence is governed only by the published guarantee policy.
Follow-Up and Communication
Remote follow-up may be offered. Patients may be asked to provide photographs and relevant information so healing and progress can be reviewed. Remote follow-up cannot replace urgent in-person medical care where urgent assessment is needed.
Medical Emergencies
The website, email and ordinary messaging channels should not be used as emergency medical services. A person experiencing urgent or serious symptoms should seek the nearest appropriate emergency service without waiting for an ordinary Henesis response.
Personal Belongings
Patients and companions should keep personal property secure. Subject to applicable law, Henesis may not be responsible for unattended personal belongings.
Scheduling and Delays
Appointment and procedure times may change because of clinical requirements, prior procedures, medical assessments or circumstances outside reasonable control. Henesis will communicate material scheduling changes where reasonably possible.
Content, availability, data and rights
Website & Legal
Intellectual Property
Henesis text, branding, graphics and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, adaptation or misleading reuse is prohibited. Patient imagery remains subject to separate consent and applicable rights.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to external information, travel providers, maps, payment services or social platforms. Henesis does not control their content, availability, security or separate terms.
Website Availability and Updates
Henesis does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and may update or remove general website information. Material patient-specific booking obligations remain governed by written patient documentation and are not retrospectively changed merely because website content is updated.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. These Terms do not create a blanket waiver of medical negligence, statutory rights or mandatory patient protections. Website-level limitations are applied only to the extent lawful and appropriate to the relevant circumstances.
Applicable Consumer and Patient Rights
These Terms do not remove any mandatory consumer or patient rights available under applicable law.
Privacy and Personal Data
Personal, medical and photographic information is processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable patient documentation. These Terms do not replace privacy notices or consent requirements.
Effective terms and official contact
Governing Terms & Contact
Changes to These Terms
Henesis may update these Terms and will display the effective and last-updated dates on this page. Updates to these website Terms do not retrospectively alter patient-specific payment, booking or treatment obligations already confirmed in writing, except where required by law or separately agreed with the patient. Existing confirmed treatment arrangements may also be governed by the patient’s written quotation, booking confirmation, signed consent and other patient-specific documentation.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and the services provided by Henesis Clinic in Türkiye are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, subject to any mandatory consumer, patient or other statutory rights that apply and cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any dispute relating to treatment or services provided in Türkiye will be handled before the competent courts, authorities or alternative dispute-resolution bodies determined under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits a patient’s right to bring a claim before another competent forum where such a right is provided by mandatory law.
Where applicable, consumer disputes may be subject to the procedures and remedies available under Turkish consumer-protection legislation, including mandatory pre-litigation procedures or consumer dispute mechanisms in force at the relevant time.
