Patient presentation and recorded decisions

Assessment & Treatment Planning

Patient goal: Improve visible eyebrow density, strengthen tail definition and create a softer, more balanced arch aligned with the patient's facial proportions and existing brow pattern.

Assessment context: Documented over-plucking history, sparse eyebrow density through the main arch and reduced tail definition contributing to asymmetry in the upper facial frame.

Planning rationale: DHI was selected to support controlled implantation of fine single-hair grafts across the eyebrow recipient zones. Planning focused on shallow placement angles, direction and distribution in relation to the patient's existing eyebrow-hair growth pattern.

Design notes: A feminine eyebrow outline was planned according to the patient's facial landmarks, existing brow pattern and treatment goals. Single-hair follicular units were prioritized throughout the design to support a gradual density transition from the medial head through the arch and tail.

Recorded Procedure

Single-hair follicular units were harvested from the lower occipital / nuchal donor area using FUE-based extraction. Grafts were implanted across the planned eyebrow recipient zones using a fine-gauge Choi implanter workflow, with placement adapted to the intended direction, angle and distribution of the existing eyebrow hair.

Clinical Interpretation

Documented Observation

The pre-treatment eyebrow record describes documented over-plucking history, sparse eyebrow density through the main arch and reduced tail definition contributing to asymmetry in the upper facial frame. The recorded treatment field was the eyebrow recipient area. The recorded procedure used 425 grafts. At 12 months, the principal visual change is concentrated in the reconstructed eyebrow border and local hair direction within that treated field. These photographs should not be read as evidence of scalp restoration. In the follow-up views, the transplanted areas appear visually continuous with the patient's existing wavy hair pattern. This is the documented result of one patient and does not predict another patient's outcome.

Follow-Up

Complications
None documented.
Further Treatment
No further treatment currently documented.
