Patient presentation and recorded decisions

Assessment & Treatment Planning

Patient goal: Improve visible eyebrow density and definition while creating a natural-looking bilateral eyebrow shape aligned with the patient's facial proportions and existing brow pattern.

Assessment context: Diffuse eyebrow thinning and over-plucking sequelae resulting in sparse eyebrow density, reduced definition and lower visible fullness across the arch and tail regions.

Planning rationale: DHI was selected to support controlled implantation of fine single-hair grafts in the eyebrow region, with planning focused on acute placement angles, directional control and distribution across the medial head, body and tail.

Design notes: A balanced and feminine eyebrow design was mapped according to facial landmarks and brow symmetry. Single-hair grafts were planned throughout the eyebrow region to support a gradual density transition and a natural-looking contour from the medial head to the tail.

Recorded Procedure

Single-hair follicular units were harvested from the lower occipital / nuchal donor area using micro-FUE extraction. The grafts were then implanted into the eyebrow region using a Choi implanter workflow, with placement adapted to the intended angle, direction and density pattern of natural eyebrow hair.

Clinical Interpretation

Documented Observation

The pre-treatment eyebrow record describes diffuse eyebrow thinning and over-plucking sequelae resulting in sparse eyebrow density, reduced definition and lower visible fullness across the arch and tail regions. The recorded treatment field was the eyebrow recipient area. The recorded procedure used 450 grafts. At 12 months, the principal visual change is concentrated in the reconstructed eyebrow border and local hair direction within that treated field. These photographs should not be read as evidence of scalp restoration. This is the documented result of one patient and does not predict another patient's outcome.

Follow-Up
12 months
Complications
None documented.
Further Treatment
No further treatment currently documented.
